Don’t we all want more energy? As we age, it can get harder and harder to keep up with the growing demands of our day. We all have times when we just feel drained of energy and nothing, not even a great movie, a fabulous shoe sale or a fun family barbecue can entice us to get up and get going.
Wouldn’t it be great to be able to increase our energy? I think we’d all like to understand how to increase our energy levels without gimacs or fail-safe plans. To increase our energy safely and without side effects. When you have enough energy, it is easier to feel happy, positive and excited about things. The less energy you have makes performing your everyday tasks much more difficult. Low energy doesn’t have to be a normal, everyday occurance.
Let’s start by looking at possible life-style changes and ask yourself:
• Do I get enough regular exercise (at least 30min, three times a week)?
• Do I drink enough water (approximately 8 glasses per day)?
• Am I drinking less than 3 cups of coffee, tea or soda per day and keeping caffeine intake to a minimum?
• Am I drinking no more than 1 alcoholic drink per day?
• Do I balance my diet with 5 portions of fruit and vegetables?
• Am I balancing my meals with the recommended carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fiber?
• Do I get enough iron?
• Do I snack on healthy foods while still having three balanced meals a day?
• Am I getting enough sleep and rest/relaxation time?
• How am I managing my stress levels?
Once we have addressed these possibilities in our lives, we start to think about what other options are out there to help stimulate and enhance our efforts to most efficiently achieve increased energy. We’ve been sort of prewired to think I need Vitamins or supplements, something to injest, that we’re not getting in our regular diet. But what about something that could additionally stimulate the body to increase energy AND have no side effects?
When you’re alert and energetic, you accomplish more. You are happier. Remember, happy people live longer too! Some related information available at http://www.RadioLifewave.com
